1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Troddle is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the application store from which you download the application:

• iOS Users (Apple App Store): By downloading and using Troddle on iOS, you agree to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Android Users (Google Play Store): By downloading and using Troddle on Android, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Outdoor Walking & Safety Disclaimer

Troddle provides public rights of way and trail map data for informational and navigational assistance. Trail conditions, landowner gates, weather, and physical terrain can change rapidly. Always exercise personal caution, follow Countryside Codes, respect private land boundaries, and carry appropriate offline backups and outdoor gear.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Troddle Unlimited)

Troddle includes a 14-day free trial. Ongoing access to unlimited path tagging and tracking requires a Troddle Unlimited subscription.

• All purchases are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
